The Coaching Process
The X-Power Program is defined by four pillars: Nourish, Build, Recovery, and Sustain.
Depending on your starting point and your goals, together, we will design a plan that works for you. The ultimate goal will be to set you up for a lifetime of success. This isn't a crash diet or short-term plan. I will teach you everything you need to make this part of your lifestyle and rock the best version of yourself forever! You can eat your favorite foods and still be in fitness model shape all year.

Nourish
You will learn how to eat to fuel your body. There are no bad foods, and no foods are off-limits. You will learn how to incorporate your favorite foods into your diet. We will work on optimizing your metabolism with whole foods that support building lean muscle.

Build
Your personalized fitness plan will center around building lean muscle and burning fat. Using my signature X-Power Program, a periodized program that helps prevent plateaus, we will build strength by lifting weights and fat burn through shorter rest periods and metabolic finishers (intense exercise performed at the end of a resistance training workout to increase the body's fat-burning potential).

Recovery
Believe it or not, recovery is just as important as the work you do in the gym. Muscles grow when they have time to repair. We will make sure you have ample downtime to recover between workouts. I will encourage you to find self-care time, get a massage, sit in the sauna, or relax with family and friends on the weekend.
We will check in weekly, and I want to know if you are getting enough sleep, managing your stress levels, and taking some downtime. As women, not only do we not give ourselves enough rest and relaxation time, but our unique biology demands it. When we push too hard, our hormones rebel, and we need to work with our hormones, not against them, especially when we are trying to lose body fat and build muscle. This is all part of my process.

Sustain
Throughout the process, I teach you how to sustain these changes through lifestyle. You will learn to incorporate all the foods you love, so you never have to diet again. You never have to worry about gaining weight again because you will know how to keep your metabolism running like a well-oiled machine.
