My signature X-Power Program provides the following:
1. Custom Nutrition Strategy
To fuel your body and workouts, we focus on a protein-centric approach that teaches you how to properly fuel your body to build lean muscle and burn excess fat. You get to eat the foods you love while shaping the body of your dreams.
2. Custom Workouts
My signature workouts with an emphasis on resistance training to build lean muscles and get toned. Home or gym-based workouts depending on your preference. Workouts are periodized and changed every 4-6 weeks to avoid plateaus. I sprinkle in metabolic circuits to burn fat without the need for endless cardio.
3. Personal Support
Direct contact with me via email and bi-weekly Zoom calls for personal 1:1 check-ins. The program is fully customized to you, your goals, and your body.
There is also a private FaceBook group, a community of like-minded women who share your goals. The group offers additional tips, recipes, and support throughout your journey.
