Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup vanilla unsweetened coconut milk (I like So Delicious)
1 cup diced frozen zucchini
1 handful baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1/2 a medium avocado
1 T MCT oil (optional)
1 scoop prebiotic fiber (optional, I like Bulletproof InnerFuel)
1 probiotic powder
1/4 t cinnamon or more to taste
1 tsp vanilla
